Celebrating World Quality Day, we are glad that the quality at Be-Ge Baltic UAB is one of the main work principles and it is reflected in the daily activities of each employee and the good results of the company.
International quality (ISO 9001:2015) and environmental (ISO 14001:2015) standards are implemented in the company since 2003. Be-Ge Baltic UAB continuously monitors and improves the integrated quality and environmental management system through internal audits. At the end of August, during the audit performed by DNV GL no non-compliances with the standards were found.
Our company pays great attention to increasing customer satisfaction and improving product quality. All production departments (cutting, sewing, assembly and upholstering) have installed 100% product quality control done by our well-experienced staff members.
This year we are particularly pleased with the declining number of customer complaints which has decreased by 53 % compared to the same period last year.
We are happy that in order to achieve continuous improvement the company invests in new and modern production technologies and consistently supports the implementation and application of LEAN methods in daily activities.
