The company has four hearing impaired employees. Three of them have been working in the sewing department for thirteen years; one seamstress for eight years.
Our collaboration with Klaipeda Dressmaking and Business School which has education programs even for deaf and hearing impaired people creates opportunities both for students to develop their skills in the profession and for the company to employ trained personnel.
