The well-being and health of our employees is important to us, so this year we have again insured all our employees with additional private health insurance. This insurance will cover part of the cost of consulting doctors, examinations, dental or other medical and health promotion services and even medications at the pharmacy. We believe that voluntary health insurance will enable our employees to take better care of their health as it is their greatest asset and foundation.
