Be-Ge Baltic, which specializes in industrial sewing, furniture upholstery, partial and final lego assembly, started the previous financial year very intensively due to significantly increased production orders and quantities of new projects. The year was also exceptional due to large variations in project orders, supply chain disruptions, shortages of certain components, also significant price growth and the ongoing pandemic situation.
Despite all the challenges, Be-Ge Baltic, which produces and supplies furniture cushions for the car and ship industry, rehacare sector, offices, and public spaces, has successfully balanced quantities of the production. Well-diversified business activities, close cooperation with customers and a high rate of involvement of employees had a significant impact on this. Our teamwork led to an increase of about 20 percent in turnover for the 2021/2022 financial year compared to the previous year and the financial situation remained strong. The high turnover growth was due to new projects and the consistently increasing turnover of existing customers.
In all the other work areas of Be-Ge Baltic the goals were achieved as well. During the financial year the number of defective products was lower than 0.1% of the total production. The most rewarding aspect is that the strong focus on close cooperation with customers in order to beat any challenges or disruptions, have led to higher customer satisfaction, which reached 98% this year.
All the major challenges have not ended in the 2021/2022 financial year – we still face them. Stability, high quality of products and services remain our priorities, so we will continue to keep close and flexible cooperation both inside and outside the company, in order to achieve the best results.
Thank you very much to all our customers, suppliers, partners, and employees for inspiring work together, confidence overcoming challenges and belief in success!
