Be-Ge Baltic has participated in a competition for the healthiest company, arranged by Klaipėda Public Health Bureau. The employees were able to get a free health tests and assessment and were informed about the free national health preventive programs.
One of the main tasks of the company is to maintain a good working environment. In order to prevent and reduce occupational health risk factors in sewing, assembly and other activities, Be-Ge Baltic makes extra efforts in addition to the legal requirements. The employees are provided with health insurance by the company; they have opportunity to get a free massage in the workplace; the company arranges annual trips and visits to cultural events.
The company invests not only in improvement of workplaces and work tools for sewing or assembly, but also in the tools that encourage the employees to be more aware of their own health and to take care about their wellbeing.
