We, the Be-Ge Baltic community, firmly believe in the importance of vocational excellence, which is why we have been collaborating for many years with the Klaipėda Technology Training Centre as social partners. We are pleased that this year, once again, we contributed to the tailoring skills competition “My Wavy Sea 2025” organized by the Centre. Our company’s production and quality technologist worked in the competition’s evaluation committee, and during the awards ceremony, our HR manager presented the main prize to the first-place winner and commemorative gifts to all the prize recipients.
Our cooperation with the school goes beyond annual participation in the tailoring skills competition. Be-Ge Baltic welcomes future seamstresses for professional internships and opens our door for educational tours, allowing students of the sewing program to get acquainted with the real environment of industrial sewing. We are glad that some of them successfully join our team after completing their studies.
We believe that such initiatives foster skilled seamstresses and build a strong partnership between business and education.
