The emotional health of employees is important in fostering a stable, safe and supportive work environment. Be-Ge Baltic UAB cares about the well-being of its employees, therefore, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Be-Ge group, it joined the campaign “Green light for life”, initiated by ” Youth Line “.
During the campaign, on 1-10 October, Be-Ge Baltic illuminated its building with green light, encouraged employees to take care of their own and their loved ones’ emotional well-being. Symbolic attention to the campaign was given by inviting employees to wear green clothes and accessories. And on 10th October, as the crowning moment of the campaign, we invited employees to a “Green break”, during which we ate green snacks and talked about mental health.
Be-Ge Baltic, UAB regularly provides financial and non-financial support to “Youth Line” organization in order to contribute solving the community’s social needs and problems.
