This summer Be-Ge Baltic celebrated 10th anniversary of maintaining LEAN methods.
During these 10 years, applying LEAN principles, we successfully reduced lead times, improved quality, increased productivity, and lowered costs.
Celebrating this anniversary, we asked all LEAN teams to choose one of the most involved departments of our company and thank them. 5S, Kaizen, Assaichi teams have chosen cutting department for maintaining the workplace to ensure safety and cleanliness, and continuous improvement. Standardized work team devoted their votes for sewing quality department for maintaining a high standard of standardized work. Assemblers were elected as department of the highest Kanban standards.
