Be-Ge Baltic deltog, i samarbete med Klaip\u0117da Technology Training Centre, i projektet \u201dKompetensutveckling b\u00e4ttre kvalitet i yrkesutbildningen\u201d. Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka yrkesl\u00e4rares tekniska och digitala kompetenser samt att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra kopplingen mellan yrkesutbildning och arbetsmarknadens behov. Som en del av projektet bes\u00f6kte l\u00e4rare inom s\u00f6mnad fr\u00e5n olika yrkesutbildningsinstitutioner i Litauen v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under bes\u00f6ken fick l\u00e4rarna ta del av avancerade tillverknings- och s\u00f6mnadsprocesser samt moderna tekniska l\u00f6sningar som anv\u00e4nds i verksamheten, och de introducerades \u00e4ven till Be-Ge Baltics verksamhet. Specialister fr\u00e5n olika omr\u00e5den inom f\u00f6retaget deltog i utbildningsprogrammet och delade med sig av sina praktiska erfarenheter av till\u00e4mpning av LEAN-metoder, digital m\u00f6nsterkonstruktion, CAM-teknik och aff\u00e4rssystemet MONITOR ERP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi \u00e4r glada \u00f6ver att kunna bidra till att st\u00e4rka kvaliteten inom yrkesutbildningen och att fr\u00e4mja ett n\u00e4rmare samarbete mellan utbildningssektorn och n\u00e4ringslivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
