Vi p\u00e5 Be-Ge Baltic tror starkt p\u00e5 vikten av yrkesm\u00e4ssig excellens, vilket \u00e4r anledningen till att vi har samarbetat i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r med Klaip\u0117da Technology Training Centre som arbetsmarknadens parter. Vi \u00e4r glada att vi \u00e4ven i \u00e5r bidrog till skr\u00e4ddart\u00e4vlingen \"Mitt v\u00e5giga hav 2025\"<\/em> som arrangeras av centret. V\u00e5rt f\u00f6retags produktions- och kvalitetsteknolog satt i t\u00e4vlingens utv\u00e4rderingskommitt\u00e9 och under prisutdelningen delade v\u00e5r personalchef ut huvudpriset till f\u00f6rstaplatsen och jubileumsg\u00e5vor till alla pristagare.<\/p>

V\u00e5rt samarbete med skolan g\u00e5r ut\u00f6ver det \u00e5rliga deltagandet i skr\u00e4ddarkompetenst\u00e4vlingen. Be-Ge Baltic v\u00e4lkomnar framtida s\u00f6mmerskor f\u00f6r professionella praktikplatser och \u00f6ppnar v\u00e5r d\u00f6rr f\u00f6r utbildningsturer, s\u00e5 att studenter p\u00e5 s\u00f6mnadsprogrammet kan bekanta sig med den verkliga milj\u00f6n f\u00f6r industriell s\u00f6mnad. Vi \u00e4r glada att n\u00e5gra av dem har anslutit sig till v\u00e5rt team efter avslutade studier.<\/p>
