Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att skapa och utveckla n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga personalkompetenser och att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla en h\u00e5llbar utveckling av f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n<p>Den planerade utbildningen omfattar utveckling av nya och befintliga f\u00e4rdigheter f\u00f6r att arbeta med mallskanning, layout och sk\u00e4rningsprogram, optimering av produktionsfl\u00f6den, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av ink\u00f6p och lagerhantering genom att ut\u00f6ka anv\u00e4ndningen av f\u00f6retagets resursplaneringssystem och god praxis i relevanta omr\u00e5den och att utveckla andra n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00e4rdigheter.<\/p>\n<p>Planen \u00e4r att utbilda 28 personer under projektets g\u00e5ng.
