F\u00f6r att optimera lagerhanteringen och \u00f6ka flexibiliteten i produktionen har Be-Ge Baltic p\u00e5b\u00f6rjat implementeringen av Kanban, en Lean-metod som hj\u00e4lper till att f\u00e5 en visuell \u00f6verblick och kontroll av processer enligt \u201djust-in-time\u201d-principen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Efter den f\u00f6rsta utbildningen har lager-, ink\u00f6ps- och logistikpersonal samt arbetsledare f\u00f6r sk\u00e4r-, s\u00f6mnads-, tapetserings- och monteringsavdelningar utv\u00e4rderat metoden som effektiv och anv\u00e4ndbar.
