The staff at Be-Ge Baltic UAB has actively engaged in the improvement processes to gain more effectiveness and make their activities easier. The Kaizen-method has simplified implementation of the improvements and proved to be a well-functioning tool that benefits both the company and the individual.
Since the beginning of 2017, more than 60 Kaizen-improvements have been submitted, which means more than a half improvement per employee and many saved resources and costs for the company. The staff at the upholstery and assembly department has been most active the last six months and received a cake too in addition to the improvements of several important work activities where they have gained both time and money.
