21st of March is World Down Syndrome Day

Today we mark World Down Syndrome Day. This date – the 21st day of the 3rd month – represents the 3 copies of chromosome 21, which is unique to people with Down syndrome.

In order to draw attention to people with Down Syndrom and show our solidarity and tolerance for them and their relatives we are wearing different socks: everybody is equaly valuable. #LotsOfSocks, #WorldDownSyndromeDay
